Note that if the call is not for an emergency, a call out fee of $120.00 will be charged to the guest prior to 11pm and $150.00 charged after 11pm.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please ask at Reception on the morning of departure.
If your airline departure time is later in the day, please come and chat to us to see if we can offer you a later check out.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES
Dial 000 for all medical and life-threatening emergencies.
Be aware that ambulances will need to be met at the front of reception to give access to the car gate if it is after 9.00pm when the main building can be locked if the restaurant is closed.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATION
The closest EV charging station is a at Noosa Village Shopping Centre on the Mary St Noosaville entrance.
LITHIUM BATTERY CHARGING – WARNING
Lithium-ion batteries used for toys, scooters and other devices can enter an uncontrollable, self-heating state when plugged in to charge. This can result in the release of gas, cause fire or possible explosion. Therefore charging of these batteries and devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on this property.
LOST KEYS OR NON-RETURNED KEYS
Please be advised there will be a charge of $120.00 applied for lost or non-returned keys.
KEY RETURN – EARLY CHECK OUT
If you are departing prior to 8.30am you can place your keys in the ‘Key Drop’ letter box on the driveway located opposite reception in row on the far left.
Please ensure that you have removed all personal items from your apartment before placing your keys in the key return box.
RESORT BUS FREE SHUTTLE
Our Resort Courtesy bus runs return trips daily to Hastings St & Noosa Junction at the following set pick up and drop off times:
Mon – Sat 9:30, 11:30, 2:30 & 4:30 & Sun – 9:30 & 11:30 Public holidays run on the Sunday timetable.
Bookings are essential with Reception at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Drop off and pick up point for Hastings St is Noosa Main bus transit terminal. For Noosa Junction, please check with the driver. Please be at the pick-up point no less than 5 mins before pick times.
During peak times such as Easter and Xmas Holidays – Tourism Noosa runs a Free Noosa Loop Bus 065 in and out of Hastings St/Noosa Main Beach and the Noosa Junction. It loops clockwise every 15 minutes from 7.00am – 7.00pm then every 30 minutes from 7.00pm – 10.00pm. Pick up and drop off point is the bus stop out the front of the resort on the Resort side of Weyba Rd. During its operation we do not run our free shuttle bus. Check with Reception for the dates.

GATES
The car gate, sauna and two pedestrian gates adjacent to Australia Block and The Noosa Spa are accessed via the grey fob on your keys.
HAIRDRYERS
A hairdryer is available in your residence for your convenience. It is located in the vanity or mounted to the wall of the en-suite bathroom.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping will provide guests staying 8 nights or more with a mid-stay clean. Any additional housekeeping requests will be charged accordingly. You will incur additional cleaning charges should you leave the apartment in an untidy state. Please ensure all rubbish is removed, dirty crockery & cutlery dishes are stacked in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is on before check out to assist housekeeping.
INSECTS & ANTS
Insects are part of living in sub-tropical Queensland and therefore we advise that you avoid leaving any food out on benches. A personal insect repellent may protect you early morning and after dusk.
LAUNDRY
A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in each Apartment. It is also equipped with an iron & ironing board. Please ensure the apartment is well ventilated when using the clothes dryer.

LOST & FOUND
All items found within South Pacific Resort & Spa will be kept at Reception for 28 days.
MAINTENANCE
Every effort is made to ensure your apartment’s appliances and fittings are in good working order prior to your arrival. If you discover any faulty equipment, please contact Reception so we may replace or repair these items as soon as possible.
POOL TOWELS
Striped beach towels are available for hire from Reception for $5.00 per towel during Reception hours. This a non-refundable fee.

Dial “9” for Reception. After hours, all internal and incoming external calls are diverted to our after-hours telephone answering service.
TELEVISIONS
Your television is tuned to the local free-to-air digital channels and 16 Foxtel Channels. Please do not adjust the tuning settings of your TV. Contact reception if you have any issues with your TV/s.
WASTE DISPOSAL
We kindly ask that all rubbish be removed from your Apartment daily and placed in the bin enclosures marked on the map of the resort issued to you on check in. Resort waste is collected on Mondays by Council. It would be greatly appreciated if any seafood waste or similar be frozen and placed into the bins on Sunday night or Monday morning.
Pool Hours are 7:30am – 9:00pm. Please observe the Pool Rules on the pool gates. There are 4 pools in the resort. Two heated – Pool 1 to the left of the main reception/restaurant building near Hawaii and Cook Island blocks & the third pool. The pools area is NOT patrolled by a lifeguard. We therefore advise that children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure small children wear appropriate swimming nappies and that pool rules are observed as a courtesy to all guests. NO GLASSWARE is permitted inside the pool areas.

FIRE SAFETY
In the case of a fire, please CALL 000. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions on the back of your apartment door. Apartments are equipped with domestic fire alarms. Avoid generating excessive smoke when cooking. When an alarm is activated due to domestic cooking, (i.e. no fire risk), open balcony doors to extract smoke. DO NOT tamper with the fire alarm. Any unwarranted alarm activations may result in a fee from QFRS being charged to your apartment account. In the event of a fire, keep all doors closed and raise alarm in common area and/or with staff. If directed to do so, you must evacuate via the nearest safe exit. Please take your room key with you.

SECURITY
Please ensure you are as vigilant as you are at home with security and valuables. South Pacific Resort & Spa contracts a security company to patrol the resort after hours. For security & noise issues please dial 9 on your apartment phone of 5473 1200.
VALUABLES
We cannot accept responsibility for money or valuables left in your room or vehicle. Ensure your apartment and vehicle is kept locked when unattended.
NOISE
In the interests of all of our guests, please be mindful of noise levels so as to not affect other guests’ holiday experiences. TV’s and sound systems should be kept at a reasonable level. Children yelling at the pool should be discouraged.
NO PARTY POLICY: South Pacific Resort & Spa Body Corporate enforces a strict No Party Policy. Should our security company or management be called for any excess noise, gatherings or disturbances, a $150.00 call out fee will be charged. Failure to abide by this policy can lead to you being asked to leave the property

The South Pacific Resort & Spa Body Corporate by-laws and local regulations do not permit pets/animals on the property under any circumstances.

Our onsite restaurant Izzy Chai Restaurant & Bar offers a wide selection of modern Asian cuisine Tue – Sun 11.00am – 9.00pm for lunch & dinner. They are closed on Mondays. Don’t feel like going out? Guests are welcome to invite visitors to the resort within the guidelines of the Booking and Occupancy Policy in this compendium. The Body Corporate does not permit parties or functions in the resort or apartments. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum in consideration of others.
Please Note: There is NO extra parking available other than your allocated car space and NO cars are permitted to park within the resort under Body Corporate By-Laws. Additional cars are to be parked on Weyba Rd.
Please do not feed the wildlife or leave food unattended on your balcony or common areas. We are fortunate to be located adjacent to wetlands and respect the wildlife around us. You may see water dragons, geckos, bush turkeys, rainbow lorikeets and even the occasional koala. We recommend that you do not leave fruit and other food out on kitchen bench tops or tables, as some birds are friendly enough to help themselves.
